Spicy Broccoli Stir-Fry

I am your basic broccoli-hater, but I love this dish. Its fabulous as an oriental side dish.
Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until they begin to brown; set aside.
2. Heat oil over medium high heat until it begins to shimmer, add garlic, red pepper flakes and ginger and stir-fry 30 seconds.
3. Add broccoli and stir fry until just crisp tender.
4. Add seasoned rice wine vinegar and soy sauce and stir to coat broccoli.
5. Reduce heat, cover, and cook about 3 - 5 minutes or until broccoli is done to suit your taste.
6. Stir in sesame seeds and serve.
