Spicy Beef Chili with Apples

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) smoked paprika
2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
2 teaspoon(s) cumin
2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
2 package(s) ground beef (or other ground meat)
2 large cooking apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 6-ounce can(s) tomato paste
3 cup(s) chicken broth
2 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the paprika, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder and cinnamon. Cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 6 minutes.
2. Add the apples and onion, then sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, broth and vinegar, then bring to a simmer. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
