Spicy Baked Snapper

Ingredients:
1 large red snapper
4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup white wine
4 ounces matouk's green seasoning
salt
2 teaspoons matouk's west indian hot sauce
Directions:
1. Melt butter and saute green seasoning.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, hot sauce and wine.
3. Place fish in a greased baking dish and add sauce.
4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Baste with sauce during cooking.
