Spicy Baked Chicken

A tasty way to serve chicken thighs and delicious hot or cold. Serve with baked potatoes and green salad.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons clear honey
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
8 chicken thighs
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F
2. Mix together the ginger, garlic, honey, chili sauce, lemon juice and soy sauce in a small bowl.
3. Place the chicken in a roasting tin and brush with all the sauce.
4. Cook towards the top of the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning the chicken several times and basting with the sauce, until cooked.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with baked potatoes and a green salad.
