These are amazing...salty, sweet, with a bit of cinnamon! Yummy.
Ingredients:
1 lb whole pecans, shelled
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2. In large bowl add egg white and water; beat until frothy (use wire whisk).
3. Add pecans and stir until pecans are moistened.
4. In separate bowl combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add mixture to moistened pecans. Mix well.
5. Spread a single layer of pecans on cookie sheet or sheets. Avoid mounding the pecans as they will not bake evenly.
6. Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
