Used the Warm Spiced Parsley with Ginger Marinade to season this simple quinoa based side dish.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp warm- spiced parsley marinade with ginger
1/2 cup quinoa, dry
1 tbsp raw sesame seeds
1 cup tap water
1/2 cup shelled edamame
Directions:

3. You only need 1 tbsp for this recipe. It is a wonderful condiment and you'll be happy to have it in the fridge.
4. Put the water in a pot with a tight fitting lid and set it to boiling.
5. Heat a small saute pan and lightly toast the quinoa and sesame seeds.
6. Put the Warm- Spiced Parsley Marinade With Ginger and Shelled Edamame then add the toasted seeds.
7. Bring backup up to a boil, stir well, reduce heat to low and let simmer about 20 minutes.
