Ingredients:
4 cups pecan halves
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper, a pinch
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dark brown sugar (heaping)
1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary (heaping)
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Place the pecans on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven; season the pecans with the salt, pepper, cayenne, sugar, rosemary, butter, and olive oil.
4. Toss together until the pecans are thoroughly coated.
5. Return the pecans to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, until toasted and fragrant, but be careful not to overcook them.
