Ingredients:
1 bag tea (echinacea or chamomile)
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Place tea bag, cinnamon and cloves in a mug; fill 3/4 full with boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes.
2. Remove cinnamon and cloves and stir in honey and lemon juice.
