Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup sugar
4 chai tea bags
2 cups ice
1/2 cup 1% reduced-fat milk
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until thoroughly chilled.
2. Place tea mixture, ice, and milk in a blender; process until smooth. Immediately pour frappé evenly into 2 glasses.
