1 cup dry lentils
2 1/2 cups cubed butternut squash
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon garam masala
4 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 4 hours.
