Spiced Asparagus With Chicken

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut oil
400 g chicken tenderloin, cut in half
2 medium spanish onions, peeled and cut into thin wedges
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons yellow mustard seeds
400 g asparagus, cut into 7 cm lengths
150 g snow peas
Directions:
1. Heat wok over high heat, add half of the oil and half of chicken.
2. Stir fry 3 minutes till cooked.
3. Remove and repeat with remaining chicken.
4. Set aside and now heat remaining oil in wok.
5. Add onion and fry for a minute.
6. Add tumeric, mustard seeds and asparagus and stir fry for 2 minutes.
7. Add snow peas and chicken and stir fry 3 - 4 minutes till vegies are tender.
8. Serve with pappadams.
