Speedy Chicken Stir-Fry

2 cup servings / Chloe's Favorite: Angel Hair, Chix, & Broccoli
Ingredients:
16 oz angel hair pasta, uncooked
4 cups broccoli florets
1 1/5 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 cup kraft asian toasted sesame dressing
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 minutes of the pasta cooking time.
2. Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook 6-8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper, cook 1 minunte, stirring occasionally.
3. Drain pasta mix: place in large bowl. Add chicken mix, mix lightly.
4. Sprinkle with peanuts if desired. SUBSTITUTE OR SUPPLEMENT broccoli with whatever veggie available such as snow peas, sliced bell pepper, sliced carrot, chopped red onion, etc.
