Super quick and easy goes great with salsa or chutney
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons self raising flour
1 teaspoon dried herbs
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
300 g grated cheddar cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the oil and season if desired.
2. Form into 8 balls and flatten slightly
3. Fry in the oil for 2 - 3 mins each side.
