Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 small red bell pepper (diced)
3 cups cooked white rice
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
1. Sauté red bell pepper in olive oil.
2. Prepare Golden Rice by thoroughly mixing remaining the ingredients, cover, and place in the microwave oven for 2 minutes.
3. Remove rice and stir in sautéed red bell pepper.
