This is another recipe I found in a church cookbook. I find a lot of good recipes in church cookbooks and this looks easy ! Ingredients:
1 cup white karo |
1 cup sugar |
1 1/2 cups peanut butter |
4 cups special k cereal |
Directions:
1. Mix Karo and sugar, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add peanut butter and Special K cereal. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper.
2. The recipe doesn't say how many cookies it makes. I'm guessing a couple of dozen.
