Very refreshing and bubbly! tastes so good and its good for you. A Great morning boost.
Ingredients:
12 ounces diet orange soda
6 ounces fat-free orange yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 orange, peeled
6 ice cubes
Directions:
1. pour soda into blender.
2. add yogurt and protein powder. blend on medium speed for 15 seconds.
3. add peeled orange and blend for 30 more seconds.
4. add ice and blend on high for 30 more seconds.
5. serve in tall glass and enjoy!
