Sparkling Blueberry Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup seedless red or green grapes
1/2 cup orange sections (about 2 oranges)
2 kiwis, peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
3 tablespoons superfine sugar
1 cup chilled prosecco or other sparkling wine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Combine blueberries and sugar in a food processor or blender; process until smooth. Press blueberry mixture through a fine sieve over fruit mixture; discard solids. Add wine to fruit mixture; stir gently. Sprinkle with mint.
