Ingredients:
2 lbs cooked pork loin country-style ribs (10205), net from 3 lbs fresh
272 g (1 cup) hunt's ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Bake spare ribs in oven at 500 degrees for 45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Drain grease and place spare ribs in a slow cooker.
2. Mix all other ingredients to make a sauce. Pour source over spare ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 9-10 hours or until tender.
