Spanish Style Smoked Almonds

Ingredients:
1 cup whole blanched almond
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2-1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
1. On a rimmed baking sheet, roast almonds at 325* for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring several times.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil and smoked paprika to taste. Add almonds and toss well.
3. Return to baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with salt. Toss well.
