This is great on a hot day.
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh watercress
4 cups baby spinach
2 endives
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 cantaloupe, balled
2 tablespoons vinegar (tarragon is best)
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 pinch sugar
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix salad ingredients together.
2. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
