Spanish Round Steak

Round Steak with vegetables, and full of seasonings.
Ingredients:
1 small onion, sliced and divided
1 celery rib, divided
1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings, and divided
2 lbs round steaks
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups canned tomatoes
2 teaspoons instant minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Place half of the onion, celery, and green pepper in a slow cooker.
2. Cut steak into serving size pieces, then place in slow cooker.
3. Put remaining onion, celery, and green pepper over steak.
4. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over meat.
5. Cover cook on low for 8 hours.
6. Serve over noodles or rice.
