1 cup uncooked medium-grain rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté 4 minutes. Add tomato, pepper, and celery; sauté 6 minutes.
2. Stir in water, rice, and salt, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
