Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) butter |
1 1/2 cup(s) minute rice |
1/2 cup(s) onion thinly dliced |
1/3 cup(s) green pepper diced |
1 1/2 cup(s) water |
1 can(s) (8 oz) tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large skillet. Add rice, onion and green pepper. Cook and stir until mixture is lightly browned, Add remaining ingredients. Quickly bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. |
