Spanish Rice

Arroz con frijoles negros, pollo y sazon!!
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
3 cups rice
15 1/2 ounces black beans
7 -8 ounces tomato sauce
14 ounces beef broth
15 ounces sazon goya seasoning
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
3 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Boil water in a small pot, cut chicken into large chuncks and when water begins to boil, add chicken. Cook chicken.
2. In a large saucepan add olive oil and garlic. Sautee.
3. Add Sazon and let simmer. Add tomato sauce and let simmer.
4. Add broth and beans. Stir. Then add rice, stir and bring to boil. Add cooked chicken to rice.
5. Turn heat to medium-low and simmer until liquid had mostly absorbed. About 20 minutes. Do not stir during this time.
6. After 20 minutes stir, cover and reduce heat to low.
7. Leave it there for 15 minutes. Check to see if rice is tender. If not add half a cup of water, cover and continue to simmer until water is gone and rice is cooked.
