The tipycal spanish omelette. One word: Delicious!!
Ingredients:
3 or 4 potatoes (depending on the size)
4 eggs
1 onion (or 2 chives)
salt
olive oil
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and wash them
2. Cut the potatoes and the onion (or chives) in small cubes
3. Add salt to the potatoes and fry them (until they're crunchy but not too much)
4. Fry the onion in a frying pan with olive oil
5. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and add the other ingredients when ready
6. Heat oil in a frying pan (make sure is antiadherent)
7. Cook the mix in low fire and turn the omelette in order to cook its other side
