This is so easy and yummy!
Ingredients:
15 ml olive oil
1 tsp garlic, crushed
2 onions, chopped
5 ml chicken spice
50 g frozen peas
1 potato, cooked and diced
100g sausages, sliced
100 g mushrooms, sliced
1 red pepper, chopped
8 large eggs
30 ml milk
30 ml parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until transluscent.
2. Add peas, potato, sausages, red pepper and mushrooms.
3. Fry for a few minutes.
4. Remove from stove.
5. Mix eggs, milk.
6. Season to taste.
7. Spoon vegetables into a casserole.
8. Pour egg mixture over.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
10. Serve hot with toast.
