Can also use ground beef.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground veal, lean
1 cup long grain rice
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic, ground
10 3/4 oz tomato soup
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into 18 balls; place in 2 quart casserole. Blend soup and water; pour over meatballs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
