Spanish Meat Loaf

I found this recipe in an old Baptist church cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
8 large pimento stuffed olives, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/3 cup oats
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix thoroughly beef, 1/3 cup of the sauce and the remaining ingredients.
2. Spread in ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inch.
3. Spread remaining tomato sauce over loaf.
4. Bake in 350°F oven for 1 1/4 hours.
