Tired of same type of custard , So dis is smething ez and different
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c low fat evaporated milk
1 c water
1/2 c sugar
10 g gelatine
3 eggs , separated
2 tsp vanilla essence
Directions:
1. Bring to boil milk , water , sugar and gelatine over medium heat stirring occasionally .
2. Beat the yolks lightly and pour into the milk mixture and bring to boil . Remove from heat .
3. Beat the egg whites until fluffy .
4. Add the essence and fold the whites into the mixture .
5. Pour into a mould and chill until set .
