Another from the Trailer Park collection. I think Spam is really big in Hawaii......then these would be great for a luau!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups pancake mix |
1 cup milk |
8 oz can creamed corn |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon cookin' oil |
7 oz can spam, finely chopped |
maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine pancake mix, milk, corn, egg and oil.
2. Stir in SPAM.
3. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on greased fryin' pan and cook over medium heat until browned on bottom.
4. Turn over and brown other side.
5. Serve with maple syrup!
