Spaghetti with Pancetta and Marinara

Simple spaghetti sauce-marinara with pancetta
Ingredients:
3 oz pancetta
16 oz spaghetti, cooked per package directions
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 tsp marjoram
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small onion, grated
3 cloves garlic, grated
Directions:
1. Brown pancetta in oil in large heavy skillet over medium high heat-lower heat
2. Grate onion and garlic directly into pan with pancetta (be careful! Onions and garlic can burn easily!)
3. Add crushed tomato, marjoram, salt and pepper
4. Let simmer on low heat until spaghetti is cooked
5. Add hot cooked spaghetti to pan with sauce-turn off heat-let pasta absorb some of sauce
6. Serve immediately
