6 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic |
2 ounces anchovy fillets, drained and chopped |
1 lb spaghetti |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet over low heat. 2. Add garlic and saute. 3. Add anchovies; saute, stirring over low heat, until anchovies dissolve into a paste. 4. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water. 5. Drain.,. 6. Toss with sauce. 7. Serve sprinkled with black pepper. |
