Spaghetti With Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
2 ounces anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
1 lb spaghetti
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet over low heat.
2. Add garlic and saute.
3. Add anchovies; saute, stirring over low heat, until anchovies dissolve into a paste.
4. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water.
5. Drain.,.
6. Toss with sauce.
7. Serve sprinkled with black pepper.
