Spaghetti Squash Pepperoni Alfredo |

We adapted this recipe from a pepperoni package. Ingredients:
1 spaghetti squash |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup cream |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/4 black pepper |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
7 ounces pepperoni slices |
Directions:
1. Cook the spaghetti squash. 2. Melt butter in large skillet. 3. Stir in milk, cream, nutmeg and pepper. 4. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. 5. Stir in cheese and cook over low heat just until melted, stirring constantly. 6. Immediately stir in pepperoni and spaghetti squash; toss to coat with sauce. |
