Spaghetti Sauce

This a sauce i made from taking ingredients from many sauces i've tried. I think you'll enjoy it!
Ingredients:
4 (28 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 stick pepperoni
1/2 lb ground pork
2/3 cup fresh parsley (1/3 dried)
2/3 cup fresh oregano (1/3 dried)
1 dash dried basil
4 bay leaves
5 -6 garlic cloves
1 -2 white onion
1 carrot
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms (optional)
6 sweet italian sausage (optional)
Directions:
1. First brown sausage in a skillet in olive oil. set aside.
2. coat a large stock pot with olive oil (a few tablespoons) add onions. when onions begin to brown add garlic, mushrooms, and ground pork. when porks almost cooked add spices and half the srick of pepperoni slice into 1/4 inch slices. when pork is cooked add chicken broth and bay leaves. heat broth then turn to low add sauce, tomatoes, paste, the rest of the pepperoni slice 1/4 inch slices, and the carrot whole. add sausage and cook untill sausage is cooked through (4 hours) stirring often. before you serve discard carrot.
