Spaghetti Ring

An easy dish that looks fabulous and difficult but tastes great. You can fill the center of the ring with creamed chichen, creamed seafood or roasted vegetables. A good meal served with a green salad and garlicbread.
Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti
1/2 c up butter or margarine
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 1/2 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs (fresh or packaged)
1/2 lb cheese of your choice, grated (cheddar, monteray jack or colby works great)
5 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Preheat pven to 170c/350f/Gas Mark4.
2. Butter or oil a ring mold or bundt pan.
3. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
4. Melt butter in very large sauce pan or stew pot.
5. Add green and red peppers and onion, saute for 3-5 minutes. Do not brown.
6. Add milk, bread crumbs and cheese; cook, stirring constantly until creamy.
7. Add spaghetti and eggs, mix well.
8. Pour mixture into prepared ring mold or bundt pan.
9. Set mold or pan in a pan of water and bake for 45 minutes or until spaghettin ring is set.
10. Remove from oven, loosen edges with a table knife or spatula and unmold onto serving platter.
11. Fill center with creamed chicken, creamed seafood or vegetables.
