Healthier version of baked spaghetti. 4 serv=7 WW points each.
Ingredients:
6 oz. spaghetti
3 egg whites
2 tbs. parmesan cheese, light
10 oz lean beef, ground
1 medium bell pepper, green, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbs. garlic, minced
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, fat free
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 pie pan with Pam.
2. Slightly under-cook spaghetti. Rinse with cold water 30 seconds.
3. Transfer pasta to bowl. Mix with egg whits and Parmesan cheese. Pat into bottom of pan.
4. Brown beef, pepper, onions, and garlic. Add sauce, oregano, and pepper. Cook another 2 minutes.
5. Spread sauce mix over pasta. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake another 5 minutes.
