120 g beef mince, lean
250 g whole wheat spaghetti, dry
400 g tinned tomatoes
1 cube beef oxo
1 onion
1 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil
100 g broccoli
Directions:
1. Fry chopped onion in oil
2. Add minced garlic
3. Add mince
4. Brown it
5. Add oxo and tomatoes
6. Simmer
7. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti
8. Add chopped broccoli to mince at last minute
