Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey meat
2 tbsp. 1% low fat milk
1 egg
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup onion (diced)
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cups chopped onion

2 cups muchrooms sliced
32 oz. (1 quart) tomato juice
9 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 lb. box spaghetti pasta
Directions:
1. mix turkey, milk, egg, worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup onion, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. oregano, salt and pepper together, in a medium size bowl.
2. make 3/4 balls out of meat mixture. cook in skillet. heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in large skillet, cook the meatballs over medium heat until brown, about 20 minutes. drain excess fat.
3. Saute onion, garlic, mushrooms in a large pot until tender.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer. Add meatballs. The longer you simmer the better the flavor.
5. Cook Spaghetti Pasta according to package directions.
