Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

A favorite at my house and perfect for a fall day.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
28 ounces italian-style tomatoes
12 ounces tomato paste
1 cup water
1 large onion, diced
3 -8 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup red wine
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
2 bay leaves
Directions:
1. Brown the beef in a sauce pan. Remove the beef and sweat the onions in a bit of olive oil until tender. Add garlic, continue to saute for roughly 3 minutes. Take beef, onions, garlic and all remaining ingredients and put in a large pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer for an hour. Enjoy!
