Spaghetti Al Limone (Lemon Spaghetti)

A quick scrape-together meal from stuff you probably have on hand, this is a nice, light pasta dish for the summer.
Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
parmesan cheese, freshly grated, to serve
Directions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Drain, then return to the pot.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss over medium heat for a couple of minutes, then serve with Parmesan cheese.
