This dish is my pasta to the rescue as I call it. When I don't have time to cook, when I haven't been shopping for groceries and my fridge is empty, when I've been out all day to come home to an hungry husband that wants to eat soon, this is the perfect dish, as it is tasty, simple and quick.
Ingredients:
350 grams of spaghetti (thick spaghetti or vermicelli is better)
10 tablespoons of olive oil
3 garlic cloves peeled and smashed a little with the side of the knife
hot little pepper (if desired)
fresh parsely
salt
Directions:
1. Brown the garlic and hot pepper in olive oil, add salt.
2. wash and mince the parsely and keep it aside
3. cook the spaghetti in hot salted water, drain them and add them to the oil and garlic mixture
4. saute'
5. add the minced parsely and serve hot!
