This came from Take A Heart To Lunch leaflet. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons low-sodium beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil or 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 dash mustard powder
1 dash black pepper
Directions:
1. In bowl combine first 2 ingredients stirring to dissolve bouillon. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Use in recipe calling for soy sauce. Store in refrigerator up to 6 months in tightly covered jar. Stir thoroughly and let come to room temperature before using.
