A spicy but simple dipping sauce that can be used for many asian dishes.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
1 teaspoon chili paste
minced scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients for a simple Asian Ponzu or dipping sauce.
2. Serve warm.
