Ingredients:
200 ml soy milk
25 g flour
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
1. mix together soy milk and potato starch or corn starch
2. heat on medium heat stirring continuously until it thickens
3. turn down to gentle heat and continue stirring for another 3 minutes
4. serve with maple syrup
