Soy-Glazed Turkey Breast

Another Simple & Easy Recipe! I like to reserve some of the sauce mixture prior to cooking and while the turkey is steaming cook it in a small sauce pan to have a little to pour over the turkey after you take it out of the bag!!
Ingredients:
1 lb skinless boneless turkey breast, tenders
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions:
1. Place turkey flat, not overlapping in a Zip N Steam bag.
2. In a small bowl, whisk oil, honey, soy, and garlic. Drizzle over tenders.
3. Steam until an no longer pink at all, about 10 minutes. Shake tenders to ensure they haven't stuck together while cooking.
4. Remove chicken from bag and discard the juice.
