Ingredients:

  • 1-1/3 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine egg, milk and shortening.
  2. Add sifted dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
  3. Bake on ungreased griddle.
  4. Pour batter from 1/2 cup measure.
  5. Spread with warm cranberry sauce.
  6. Stack 7 high then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve in wedges.
