I haven't made this yet but there is a bag of soy flour not doing much in my pantry... Setting time unknown.
Ingredients:
4 ounces soya flour
yeast extract
2 fluid ounces vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Mix well and leave to set.
2. Store in cool place.
3. Fresh herbs could be used for flavouring in place of the yeast extract but if so the cheese should be used within a day or two.
