Soy Chicken Wings

Bone sucking...good hot or room temperature.
Ingredients:
18 chicken wing portions
1 c soy sauce
water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Wash the chicken wings and place in a zip-lock bag.
3. Add the soy sauce.
4. Marinate at least 2 hours, the longer the better.
5. Put enough water in a 11x13x2 pan so it does not dry out during cooking.
6. Place a rack on top of pan
7. Lay the wings on top of the rack and put in oven (can use broiler pan, but this method prevents smokeing).
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden; carefully pull the rack out and turn the wings and bake 20 minutes longer or until golden.
