Souvlaki Marinade (Chicken, Beef, Pork And/Or Lamb)

MARINATES FOR 24 HOURS (or a long as time allows!) Simply throw the ingredients into a plastic zipper bag with the meat of choice and refrigerate until ready to grill!
Ingredients:
4 lemons, quartered
2 lemons, juice of
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
pepper, to taste
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into the zipper bag.
2. Add meat of choice.
3. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours, turning occasionally to coat meat evenly.
4. Reserve marinade to brush on meat while grilling.
