Southwestern Tortilla Chips

COOKING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE TIME FOR COOKING THE CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1/2 cup salsa (mild, hot, your choice)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
8 flour tortillas (about 8-inches in diameter)
1/4 cup guacamole
1/2 cup refried beans
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded, 4 oz
Directions:
1. Mix salsa and sour cream.
2. Reserve half of the salsa mixture for later.
3. Mix the other half with half of the bell pepper and half of the chicken.
4. Place 2 tortillas on ungreased cookie sheet to begin two stacks.
5. Spread each with chicken mixture.
6. Spread 2 tortillas with Guacamole and place on chicken mixture.
7. Spread 2 more tortillas with refried beans and place on Guacamole.
8. Top each stack with a tortilla, the remaining salsa, bell peppers and cheese.
9. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
10. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
11. Cut each stack into 8 wedges.
